Recognizing that video provides an adaptable and powerful way to express individual and collective voices, Monte has spent the last three years applying his vision to assist indigenous partners in Peru. In the process, he has developed community websites, filmed and edited multiple documentary films and above all, built relationships based in a deep respect for indigenous peoples. Monte also assists private contractors including Mithun, The Urban Land Institute, and individual artists in Seattle, New York, and Japan. View his blog here
