Monte Amador - Web Developer, Videographer, Photographer
Monte is a freelance video editor and web developer who believes that the Internet is an adaptable and powerful way to express individual and collective voices. “Working with indigenous communities in Peru has shown me, without a doubt, how important this medium has become - and in such a short amount of time. The more technology changes, the more potential there is for sharing communal vision and concern with others.” Monte is the original visionary behind Mana Studios. He has used his skills as a cameraman, editor, and web developer to build Mana Studios' foundation and continues to devote himself to its growth from his base in Osaka, Japan.

Katherine Majzoub - Writer, Project Manager, Fundraiser
Kate is a writer committed to social justice, environmental awareness, and the revaluation of cultural knowledge. She believes that independent media realizes its ultimate potential when disenfranchised communities are empowered with the skills and means to represent themselves. With this goal in mind Kate has managed video education projects in Peru and Bhutan and is co-director/producer of two films documenting these projects. She contributes to Mana Studios from San Francisco.
